Started in1975, Lok-N-Logs provided the logs for the restoration of Fort Stanwix in Rome, NY. This was the first of three major fort restorations. The production of log homes was a natural progression.

Manufacturing, sales and administration facilities are located in Sherburne, NY. Lok-N-Logs, Inc. employees 75 people locally. Lok-N-Logs Inc. markets its precut log home packages through a nationwide dealer network, main office/models village and satellite office.

Using red pine, white pine and cedar, Lok-N-Logs saws, peels, kiln dries, sodium borate pressure treats and precuts your log home components. Exterior log surfaces can be rustic peeled or milled smooth (D profile). Interior choices include our rustic peeled profile, shaped round and flat.

Lok-N-Logs Log home packages can be supplied from a log only to a more complete shell in package. Lok-N-Logs traditional log home packages can be modified to contain panelized components for roof, dormers and gables.

Starting in 2006 Lok-N-Logs is also offering Panelized Log Building Systems. Customers can choose fully panelized frame walls, gables (with log siding), 2nd floor and roof systems. Panelized walls and gables have log siding applied and are ready for your choice of dry wall, tongue and groove or log siding on the interior. Shell construction can be complete in 7-10 days depending on your design. A Lok-N-Logs technician can be on site to help assemble (local crane and crew to be supplied by homeowner)
