Build Your Dream Log Home Log Home Sales has been a part of the Dyer’s family activities for over 30 years. Tim’s father Bill started in the log home industry in 1984 and was a top sales representative for several years prior to his death in 1996. Tim worked with his dad on many of the homes he built. Tim and Anita immediately took over the dealership and continue serving the log home industry as dedicated dealer. Tim and Anita have continued to follow in Bill’s footsteps earning many awards. We have received awards for Top Sales Dealer of the Year, Hospitality, Excellence in Sales and the President’s Award for overall excellence, and many awards for dollar volume in sales. The Dyer’s model home has been featured in Log Home Living Magazine. We also have completed commercial projects. Tim has a background in Architectural Design and is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Anita is a 27 year retired officer from a local financial institution. Together, we specialize in customer service, custom designing, financial assistance, and project estimation. ABOUT OUR SERVICE Our dealership has been very successful due to our dedication to our customers. We are available to answer questions prior to delivery, during the construction of your dream home and for the after care of your home. We also take pride in the company as well as pride to serve our customers. We have contractors available that provide dry-in services or complete turn-key projects. If you are a self-builder, we will provide you technical assistance. We have a complete list of sub-contractors available upon request. Tim and I have a referral program. If you refer a customer to us, upon delivery of the customer’s home, we will pay you a referral fee of $500.00. Associate dealerships are also available.
